  1. ONCE THE DEPOSIT IS MADE THE FULL AMOUNT IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL AT THE VILLA.
  2. FOR GROUP BOOKINGS NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
VILLA KARISA requires a minimum stay of 7 nights in high season (from June 15 th to September 1ST) if booking is made more then 3 weeks in advance and a minimum stay of 3 nights during the rest of the season or for last minute reservations.

VILLA KARISA takes a deposit of 40% paid upon booking (minimum one night), that you can pay with a transfer to our bank in indonesia. The transfer fees are your responsibilities. Please check with your bank, each one is different. ONCE THE TRANSFER HAS BEEN MADE PLEASE SEND US A COPY OF IT.
You can also give us a guaranty via credit card (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard). 
We will need a copy of your passport and fill out THIS AUTHORIZATION FORM.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR RESERVATION IS DEEMED CONFIRMED ONLY ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEPOSIT.
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please advise us only by e-mail. When a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be returned less 30% or, be retained for the next reservation made within the same year. In case of a cancellation within 30 days or less before the arrival date, the deposit is not refundable. In case of a cancellation within 7 or less days before the arrival date or in case of leaving before the booked check-out date, the booked stay will be charged in full. 
VILLA KARISA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. These terms and conditions are automatically accepted once the reservation is completed.

Damages, breakages or losses

Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay at any Villa Karisa properties.

We reserve the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.

We require a credit card slip at arrival Please Note: It is the policy of villa karisa is that all guests sign a credit card authorization form at check-in to cover the possible cost of any damages that may occur to the rented premises due to the occupancy of the premises by the guest. All guests will also be required to sign a "Waiver of Liability" form at check in.

In the event the booking is coming from an agent and Karisa has no access to the credit card of the customer, and the customer is not willing to provide such information, the agent will be responsible to provide a valid credit card from the customer.

.Karisa will provide a receipt of the broken item replaced.
